Motor drives drum with high-speed rotary , the material goes into the drum by feed tube on the top , with the centrifugal force, tends to drum wall. Liquid passes through the filter cloth and the drum wall hole and is discharged. The solid is retained in the drum. After the drum stopped and open the lid, and loose the pin of liquid block plate, using hoist device to hang liquid block plate together with filter bag to discharging site. Loose hoist claw and filter cake fall off.
1. Reasonable structural design, effectively eliminating sanitary dead corners, smooth transition of structural parts, polished surface, external structural parts, fasteners and drum are made of stainless steel. The outer shell is a flip cover type, which can clean the interlayer space between the centrifuge shell and the drum.
2. Equipped with an online cleaning system, the centrifuge can be cleaned online, and the invisible parts inside the centrifuge such as the inner wall of the centrifuge shell, the inner and outer surfaces of the drum, and the surface of the liquid collecting tank can be cleaned. It complies with the GMP specifications for equipment.
3. Transmission and braking: ordinary motor (or explosion-proof motor) + frequency converter + energy consumption brake; ordinary motor (or explosion-proof motor) + friction automatic clutch + friction manual brake device; no foundation form (no foundation chassis and vibration damping pad), online cleaning system.
4. The machine is equipped with a set of special lifting equipment when it leaves the factory, and an on-site explosion-proof button can be selected.
It is suitable for suspensions that the solid is loose property, moderate size, not easy compression,need washing and the liquid is low viscosity. It is widely used in chemical,food, light industry, mining and environmental protection industries. The models meet the GMP standard design.

Base: With concrete foundation and without concrete foundation (with shock absorber)
Material: Parts contact the material can be stainless steel, titanium, carbon steel, rubber lining, and plastic lining.
Drive method: Using electromagnetic speed motor drive can be realized in low-speed feeding, high-speed separation requirements; improve operations, suitable for a variety of materials separation. Need explosion-proof occasion, can be used in explosion-proof motor drive inverter. Generally no need of speed adjustable occasion, can be used ordinary or explosion-proof motor.
