From 2 bags to 24 bags, the specifications are complete, the inlet and outlet flange diameter is φ50-450MM, and the maximum flow rate of a single machine is 90-1000m3/h. Quick opening design can be provided, and the filter bag replacement is very convenient. It is also suitable for occasions where it is hoped that the filter bag will be replaced after a long period of use.The sandwich bag filter is a double-layer structure. The sandwich can pass steam or heat transfer oil to maintain or increase the temperature of the fluid, prevent the fluid from solidifying, increase the filtration speed of viscous liquid, or meet the temperature requirements of the next process.
This machine is easy to operate. When using it, you only need to install the filter bag of the required fineness grade in the filter cartridge, check whether the O-ring is intact, and then tighten the ring bolt of the filter cartridge cover to start working.
After the pump is started, the pressure gauge on the filter machine rises slightly, and the initial pressure is about 0.05MPa. As the use time increases, the filter residue in the cylinder gradually increases. When the pressure reaches 0.4MPa, the machine should be stopped and the cartridge cover should be opened to check the residue left in the filter bag.
The filter bag can be replaced and continued to be used (the filter bag can generally be reused after cleaning). The filter pressure is generally adjusted to 0.1-0.3MPa, which is more appropriate. It can be adjusted through the reflux pipeline or the reflux valve on the pump. Excessive filtration pressure will damage the filter bag and the protective net, so special attention should be paid.
