The internal filtering device of the stainless steel stack filter is composed of multiple layers of overlapping filter screens. The specifications of the filter can be selected according to the flow rate required by the user. At the same time, two types of filters are available: one with a matching pump and one without a matching pump. The filter and pump are installed on a mobile platform. After cleaning, they can filter other liquids in a different place, and one machine can be used for multiple purposes.
Open the outer shell and put the filter cloth (or filter membrane, filter paper) on the filter screen and below as required, tighten the support rod, cover the gland, and tighten the flange bolt to make it sealed. Open the exhaust valve and the liquid inlet valve to allow the raw liquid to enter the filter under pressure. When the raw liquid fills the filter, close the exhaust valve. A certain pressure will be maintained in the filter. Under the action of a certain pressure, the raw liquid enters the cavity. The raw liquid penetrates the filter cloth (or filter membrane, filter paper) of the required fineness grade to obtain qualified filtrate. The fine impurity particles are captured by the filter cloth (or filter membrane, filter paper) and retained in the cavity, thus completing the filtration process. During the filtration process, the operator should pay attention to the changes in the pressure gauge. When the pressure gauge pointer points to 2kg from low to high, it means that there is a lot of material in the container that needs to be opened and cleaned.
