ZJ series slurry pump is a heavy-duty, high-performance centrifugal pump designed for handling abrasive and corrosive slurries in industrial applications. It is mainly used to transport fluids containing solid particles and is widely used in mining, petroleum, chemical industry, environmental protection and other fields. It is famous for its excellent wear resistance, high head and ability to transport slurry over long distances.

The design principle of the slurry pump is based on the centrifugal force of the rotating blades, which separates the liquid and solid particles and pushes the liquid forward.Under the action of centrifugal force, the liquid is thrown from the center of the impeller to the outer edge and gains energy, leaving the outer edge of the impeller at high speed and entering the volute pump casing. In the volute pump casing, the liquid slows down due to the gradual expansion of the flow channel, and part of the kinetic energy is converted into static pressure energy, and finally flows into the discharge pipe at a higher pressure and is sent to the required place. When the liquid flows from the center of the impeller to the outer edge, a certain vacuum is formed in the center of the impeller. Since the pressure above the liquid surface in the storage tank is greater than the pressure at the pump inlet, the liquid is continuously pressed into the impeller.
This series of slurry pumps has innovations in hydraulic design and structural design. The flow-through parts are made of high-chromium wear-resistant alloy that resists abrasion. It has the remarkable features of high efficiency, energy saving, long service life, light weight, reasonable structure, reliable operation, small vibration, low noise and easy maintenance.
The pump body adopts a double pump shell structure, which is convenient for replacing the flow parts. According to the pressure requirements, the outer pump shell is made of ductile iron and the inner shell is made of high chromium wear-resistant discounted cast iron or cast steel. Sealing type: ZJ series slurry pumps can adopt two types of shaft sealing: auxiliary impeller plus packing combined seal and mechanical seal. The outlet position of the pump can be installed and used at eight different angles at 45 degree intervals as required.
