1.The filter press plate pressure:

2.The pump pressure:

Not only for the filter plate pressure,but also for the pump pressure, it is also very important factor which play a vital factor in the separation process.For the kaolin and ceramic separation work. We suggest that you are better settle the feeding pressure up to 1.2Mpa-1.5Mpa.

3.The original solid content:

As a role,different kaolin and ceramic projects using different ways to separate the water and raw material.So their original solid content will be different.For example,if the solid content is 10%,the filtration time will be 2.5 hours, if you want to reduce the production time, please set up the feeding pump pressure.
