Centrifugal technology is one of the most commonly used technique, mainly use of the powerful centrifugal force field generated by the centrifuge rotor rotation, to speed up the settling velocity of particles in the liquid, separated of materials in different sedimentation coefficient and buoyant density in the samples ,so to process precipitated , separation, purification, concentration and other treatment.

Centrifuge is the use of centrifugal force generated by rotation of parts to achieve the separation or concentrated suspensions, emulsions and other materials machines. The centrifugal principle, in accordance with the needs of practical work, has devised a number of centrifugal method, together can be divided into three categories: balance centrifugation, according to particle size, shape, different separation, including differential centrifugation and rate zone away from the Heart ; isopycnic centrifugation, also named density centrifugation, separation according to the particle density difference , isopycnic centrifugation and taken away from the Heart Rate Zone synthesized as density gradient centrifugation; classical sedimentation equilibrium centrifugation, for biological macromolecules determination of molecular weight, the purity is estimated, conformational changes.

Centrifuge is the equipment use for sample separation, widely applied in biomedical , petrochemicals, agriculture, food and health fields, which uses precipitated speed differences of substance in centrifugal field to achieve the separation of the sample .

Development of general desktop centrifuge has blurred boundaries among low speed, high speed, and high-capacity centrifuges ,variety kinds of the rotor has provide fairly broad range of applications for researchers, and has become the preferred model in research laboratories .
