PSD1200 bag hoist discharge type centrifuge export to Peru

In June, 2014, HI-TOPER successfully get the order about centrifuge from QUINUA ANDINA S.A.C in Peru.

The exported model is PSD1200 bag hoist discharge type centrifuge used for deal with quinoa grain, which are 1.5–2.5 mm size, similar to sesame. Our customer required it must not be damaged during the process, after prewashed, quinoa absorbs 30% of its original weight and demand to separate at least 20% of water.

In order to acquaintance the fabricate capacity as well as the quality control level, the customer’s technical engineer payed a visit to our factory during September 2013.And give us a high degree of affirmation and praise.

As this is the first time to corporation for both side, and the customer is very strict on production process, machine appearance and quality control, so we carried out extensive and depth-discussions about the details to insure the perfect effect. While there’s special requirement about the inlet and outlet diameter, the rotation speed and the frequency converter, we customized the machine after our engineers’ discussion and research and win their approval.
