Thermal Evaporator
Environmental experts agree… evaporation offers industry a simple and effective long-term approach to wastewater disposal cost reduction. Their design provides consistent operation, minimal clean-out, high efficiency, and low maintenance.

Wastewater is fed to the evaporator tank. A blower draws air stream into tank to remove vapors and combustion air into burner. The heat exchanger causes water to boil. Moisture-saturated air leaves tank through coalescing mist eliminator where oil/water droplets are removed and clean steam passes into the manifold. Flue gas joins water vapor at the blower manifold entrance – not exhausted into tank. Environmentally approved air streams are mixed in blower and exhausted through stack. When boiling is interrupted, the oils – freed from emulsion – float to surface and are decanted either automatically, or manually. Solids settle to tank’s sloping trough floor and are removed with concentrated liquid through the clean-out port.
