Belt filter used in urban sewage treatment in Saudi Arabia

Oct. 22 to Oct. 23, our Saudi Arabia customer visit our factory, and this visit mainly focus on DY series and DNY series belt filter used in urban sewage treatment.
Firstly, Saudi Arabia customer introduces their situation.
1. Properties of the sewage. Urban sewage comes out from 3 types different diameter pipes, will handle together, and the solid content is about 2%.
2. Process requirements. To achieve solid-liquid separation, also reduce the liquid odor at the most.
3. Current process situation in the treatment plant. Belt filter which customer has been using is from E.M.O in France, and now they want to introduce 1-3 sets Zhengzhou Toper belt filter, and if Zhengzhou Toper belt filter satisfy them well, they will gradually promote our belt filter to other cities in Saudi Arabia.
Secondly, we show Saudi Arabia customer in our factory, answer their questions one by one, like, flow rate of urban sewage(40-45m3/h), belt filter type choosing(DY2500, DY3000, DNY2500), polymer usage, equipment material(SS316L), each price of manual/automatic/remote control panel, timer installation and so on. Also we invite them to visit the manufacture of filter press main machine, filter plate, filter cloth and finished centrifuges area, they affirms our production management capabilities and others, and also take photos for souvenir. At last, according to their requirements, we play our belt filter working video for them.
Finally, Our Zhengzhou Toper and Saudi Arabia customer discuss together on DY2500, DY3000, DNY2500 which they are most interested in, and offer them a detailed quotation, With the follow-up study, also we provide them with our related products files, electronic catalogue and video. After the visit, our customer thanks again for our service and says they will sign the final order before the end of 2013.
