fish oil separation with tubular centrifuges

On April 23th, 2015, Toper will ship the GF75 separation type tubular centrifuge to Greece for our customer of TESCO Engineering S.A.

TESCO used this model of tubular centrifuge in an Educational Institute of Athens and with the purpose of separating fish oil from water. They will firstly use an hydraulic oil press for separating fish meat from liquids and then, they will use the separator for receiving pure fish oil.

GF series tubular centrifuge can be used as type of oil-water separator. It has been successfully used in vegetable oil, animal oil, mineral oil and biodiesel industry. It can not only separate the emulsified oil and water, but also separating a small amount of impurities contained therein.

Toper supplied tubular centrifuge is kind of centrifugal equipment with high separation factor. The minimum separation particle size is 1micron.
It is especially used in extraction ,enrichment and clarification of material with the following situations: the specific gravity difference between solid phase and liquid phase is small; the patrical size is small and solid content is low; the medium is strong corrosive. Mainly used in the solid-liquid separation and liquid-liquid-solid separation for food, chemical, beverage, biological pharamacy, blood products, solid-liquid separation of intermediates and so on.

According to the function ,tubular centrifuge is mainly divided into GQ clarify series and GF separation series .
GQ clarify series mainly used for various industrial suspension very difecaulty to separate, especially suitable for suspension that is low concentration and fine grain, small specific gravity difference between solid phase and liquid phase.
GF separation series mainly used for various industrial suspension very diffculty to separate, especially suitable for liquid-liquid suspension with small specific gravity difference between solid phase and liquid phase, and liquid-liquid-solid separation with few impurities.
